To attend an event at Paris La Défense Arena you need your e-ticket. An e-ticket is a digital ticket that has to be printed on a blank A4 white sheet of paper, front and back, in color or black and white. The e-ticket has to be presented at the venue’s entrance like a regular ticket. Find your e-ticket in your personal space of the online ticketing platform under the tab “my orders”.
The tickets that have been partially printed, damaged or that can not be read will be considered invalid. The e-ticket can be displayed on another device (phone screen, tablet etc) but you must make sure to have enough battery in order for the ticket to be read at the entrance. If this is not possible, the ticket will be considered as invalid.
Warning: Do not buy e-tickets from strangers, in auctions, or to unauthorized sellers near Paris La Défense Arena, as you may risk not being able to attend the event.
In case of issues, Paris La Défense Arena and the organizers cannot be held accountable. We strongly advise against purchasing tickets through unofficial ticketing websites where you may pay a much higher price and you can not be certain that you will receive your tickets or that you will have access to the venue.
In order to avoid long waiting lines at the entrance of the venue, we recommend planning your arrival as early as possible. Security checks will be intensified the days of the event. Therefore, the waiting time at the gates may be longer. We advice not to bring backpacks, sport bags, motorcycle helmets or any other bulky item. In case you bring one with you, they will be placed in storage areas near the control points.
Bags with a capacity of less than 20L will be accepted inside the premises. Bags exceeding this capacity will be placed in a storage near the control points on the esplanade. Bag that are heavier than 50L will not be accepted in the storage room. We also remind you that suitcases are not allowed within the premises. Several pre-screening points will be put in place around the premises and pat downs at the gates will be reinforced and will continue even after the beginning of the event.
