  • All containers and bottles,
  • Bags other than small shoulder bags (larger bags will not be accepted at the cloakroom),

We recommend that you purchase your tickets only through authorized ticket sellers (Ticketmaster, Carrefour Spectacle, the Paris La Défense Arena website, etc.). The illegal resale of event tickets via certain online platforms has increased, harming audiences, artists, and entertainment industry professionals. Speculation on tickets resold at exorbitant prices (well above their true value), counterfeit tickets, duplicates of the same ticket resold multiple times… Purchasing from these sites carries numerous risks, most notably the risk of being unable to attend the event.

In France, the law of March 12, 2012, prohibits the resale of event tickets without the authorization of the event producer.

If you are coming from the parking lot, you may enter through Entrance 5. Please feel free to ask the reception staff for assistance upon arrival. Spectators must therefore always bring their card with them when visiting Paris La Défense Arena.
